  • remove remotes & hide any cords

  • turn off fans & dust them
  • remove things off counter top that aren't appliances
  • remove magnets from fridge
  • remove garbage cans
  • remove toothbrushes/ tissue boxes
  • fill toilet paper roll
  • towels are hung up and folded
  • open blinds

  • straighten deck chairs
  • driveway and sidewalks shoveled during winter

Additional tips

I do not photograph inside closets,  inside the garage or storage sheds, unless your agent requests. Feel free to use these areas to keep items out of sight.

And yes, I will see the things you hide behind your couch or under the bed.
